The healthcare community provide the following uncompensated healthcare services in the year 2010: Peach Tree Healthcare - $250,000 Freemont Rideout Health Group - $30 million Sutter Medical Foundation - $4.7 million	Board of Directors Committee Members	Employees Community
Process of Accessing Funds
Patient must be a Peach Tree Healthcare patient Patient must not be Medical eligible Patient must be uninsured or underinsured (200% of poverty level) Peach Tree will help the patient complete eligibility and complete request for funds If eligible, will send forms to Sutter Medical Foundation for charity care program consideration If not eligible for SMF program, the application will be sent to Peach Tree eligibility committee who will access request and make appropriate determination for funding.
